Research-based Analysis of European Youth Programmes
The RAY Network (Research-based Analysis of European Youth Programmes) is a research collaboration working on youth policies, non-formal education, and learning mobility with 36 partners from 34 European countries and in 29 languages. Founded in 2008, the network was initiated by the Austrian National Agency and the University of Innsbruck and is currently coordinated by the Finnish National Agency.

Our institute, which also represents Turkey, acts as a bridge between policymakers and practitioners by conducting research on topics such as the creation of evidence-based youth policies, ensuring quality assurance in European youth programs, and the recognition of non-formal learning
