Final Registration Procedures

 

  • The registration procedures of candidates who are entitled to final registration will be carried out in accordance with the dates and procedures announced by the Institute.
  • During final registration, candidates may be required to submit the originals or approved copies of the documents they declared and uploaded to the system during pre-registration. If there is any discrepancy between the documents uploaded during pre-registration and the documents submitted during final registration, or if the uploaded documents are found to be invalid, the candidates’ applications/registrations may be cancelled.
  • Detailed announcements regarding the documents required for final registration, registration dates, and registration procedures will be published on the Institute website. Candidates are required to regularly follow the announcements regarding the registration process.
  • Candidates who do not complete their final registration procedures within the announced dates will be considered to have waived their right to register.
  • For international applicants, the procedures for final registration, tuition fee payment, and any additional required documents will be based on the announcements to be made separately by the Institute.
